Community Development Program

The Community Development Program(CDP) funded by National Indigenous Australians Agency (NIAA) is envisioned to help jobseekers in remote Australia to hone skills, address barriers and take part in a range of activities that benefit both the individual and the community. There is a strong emphasis that community projects which are community-led leads to real jobs or business opportunities. Yulella continues to focus on delivering through performance, compliance and service measures and takes a significant role in the community providing networks with managers, employers and supporting organisations to support real opportunities for jobseekers.
